2. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
3. We DO NOT guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Smppromotion will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
4. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
5. Private accounts would not a get a refund! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.
6. Don't order private profile in Followers / Subscribers services. If you use private profile then system will fail to read insight of order. Incase, of order mark as complete but you have not receive service due to private profile we are unable to support it this case. You have paid for visit click followers button due to private profile there is no follow for followers so may be they'll return back. But you have charged for there visit on your profile.
7. You will not upload anything into the Smppromotion  site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Social Media community.

Account Suspension

Any malicious/abusive actions can cause your account with us to be suspended. Before suspension users will get time to use their remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will cause your account to be terminated even if it has balance in it.

1. Smppromotion DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time sensitive results, use Smppromotion at your own risk.
2. Smppromotion rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

Refunds

Refunds are provided depending on the service packages and plan purchased. As standard, all package comes with a limited refund with terms and conditions.

Packages or services once purchased are non-refundable. However, under some circumstances, we offer full and partial refunds.

Terms and conditions for refunds:

• A full refund is done if the work is not completed before the deadline date. However, if there is any hold-up with the order, then the estimated delivery date will be extended, and in such cases, refunds will not be made.
• On cancellation of the order, no refunds will be made if the work is started or completed. If work is not started, then the full amount will be refunded.
• A full refund is done if the customer has placed a wrong order and wants to cancel the order immediately after the purchase or before the start of the work.
• Once the work is completed, and the report is sent, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• The refund time period will be 4 to 10 working days depending on the mode of original payment.
